How the Psychic / Tarot training works
We like to make things easy! We do not want to stress readers about their training when we have hundreds of people who need our help and guidance on the phone! With that said, we want to ensure that all readers are clear on how the service works and the regulations that need to be adhered to. Regulations protect both the reader and caller and we think it is important to ensure that these are followed always. We have listed below some very common questions that we are asked by new applicants. We hope to have answered all your questions, if not – please call into the office on 01604 824290.
What happens when I submit my application form?
A member of the training and recruitment team will telephone you to set you up on the automated telephone training. They will send you an email and a text after the conversation which will contain your PIN/PASS number and the number to call for the training. If it is not convenient to talk about your training when they call, please let them know and they will call you back!
How does the training work?
We offer automated training after our initial conversation with you. All you have to do is call the training number (which is a normal 01 telephone number) enter your PIN and PASS and then listen to the training sections. There are 8 in total. You will need to make notes as you move through the sections. The training takes around 20-30 minutes to complete.
What happens after the training?
Once the training is completed, we will email you some example messages. This helps you to record your own introduction message as it can provide inspiration. We also send you 5 questions that need answering. Please answer these questions and email them back. This text will form your Psychic, Tarot online profile. You do not need to send a photo if you prefer not to.
Once your introduction has been recorded, a supervisor will check the message and will call you to inform you that you can now log on.

What happens when I first log on?
The service is very busy! You will be taking calls within the first few minutes of logging on. You may be nervous to start with but remind yourself of the good you can do and take strength from your natural spiritual abilities. Within the first few calls, your nerves should settle and you will get into the full swing of talking to our customers! To ensure quality, all calls are listened to daily. We do not listen in live, calls are listened to the day after they have been taken.
Who can I call if I need extra support?
The office is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and our team are very experienced in conducting readings on the service. If the office is closed, you can call the 24-hour Supervisor line, the Supervisor on shift will be able to help or advise you with any questions or queries.

Do I receive any feedback?
Yes! We always like to see how our new readers are performing. It is important that we support you and give you encouragement. As you are working from home, it is essential that you feel like you can call us for help and receive any answers to questions you have. We provide you with feedback regarding your calls, after a few days of you logging on for the first time.
